I hate when people use that quote. People don't remember which character Shakespeare had say it...it was Polonius. And we have to remember that that guy was a total shithead. So what Shakespeare truly meant was that only bumbling self-righteous idiots preach about and really believe hokey bullshit about always being true to yourself.
